Does HerdLens replace a farmer’s own judgement?
No. HerdLens provides an AI-generated livestock count which you can review and adjust before confirming it as a field count.
Can I count both sheep and cattle?
Yes. HerdLens currently supports both sheep and cattle scans.
Can more than one person use a farm?
Yes. Lite supports up to 3 farm users and Pro supports up to 10 users on the same farm.
What happens to my videos?
Video retention depends on your plan. Your confirmed livestock counts and farm history can remain available after an older video has been removed.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Paid HerdLens subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple account.
